Make a Payment
We accept payment by cash, check, PayPal, Finix or credit card.
If you would like to pay online with your credit card or Finix account, please fill out the information below. Your payment will be processed through Finix’s secure website.
We do accept many insurance plans and are happy to bill your insurance company for our services. You are, however, required to pay your co-pay at the time service is rendered and any additional balance that is not paid by your insurance company will be billed to you and due upon receipt.
